Steven is the founder of Roots, Yorkshire's queer touring theatre company, staging ambitious collaborations between citizens and LGBTQIA artists.

Projects include UK and international tours of Tabby Lamb's award-winning play HAPPY MEAL, and Tadcaster's Theatre Queers and Queer Spaces.
